
Steven D. Sperling was educated at the University of Southern California where he received his B.A., cum laude (1991), and his law degree at the University of West Los Angeles School of Law, J.D. (1996). He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1997 and is currently a member of the Orange County Bar Association and American Bar Association. Mr. Sperling was an associate at a medium size law firm (35 attorneys), which specialized in litigation, and represented architects, engineers, developers, general contractors, Lucky Stores grocery company and other general businesses. In addition, Mr. Sperling possesses healthcare law firm experience specializing in managed care reimbursements and contracting issues on behalf of hospitals and outpatient surgery centers. He has represented all types of hospital clients in litigation, arbitration, and mediation matters against all of the major Health Plans and Payors. He has taken hundreds of depositions and has participated in more than 400 mediations. Mr. Sperling’s area of practice includes construction defect, personal injury, employment law, and managed healthcare reimbursement and contracting. At G&G, Mr. Sperling focuses on the firm’s construction defect, employment and personal injury litigation.
